The Fizz on Tour 2009 trip  starts on June 29th when Fizz departs Hamble for Portland, Salcombe and Brest , expecting to arrive in Brest on Friday 3rd July. Crew for this leg are Pam, Stu , John Pryke and myself. We are in the final stages of preparation, Fizz is pretty much ready to go, and we are hoping for good weather for this first leg of the Fizz on Tour 2009 trip. The plan is to coast-hop round to La Rochelle , and then down to Santander before heading across to Portugal and down to the Algarve.  We then leave Faro on the 23rd October for Las Palmas, where we will make final preparations for the ARC leaving Las Palmas for St Lucia on the 22nd November. Crew for the various legs down to Las Palmas will be a combination of family and friends, details on the crew page on fizzofcowes.com .We will continue to update the Blog throughout the trip.
